Please keep in mind that characters from Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail did not make the list due to there being too many characters, so each character’s popularity was spread thin.

Vladilena Milizé, more commonly known as Lena or Handler One, is the main protagonist of 86. She is a soldier who quickly rose to the rank of Major at the age of 16. Lena is known for being overly caring to the point that it may affect her job. She has long blue hair and a powerful aura.
